Kiwi Lane February Blog Hop

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!  Thanks for joining me today for the Kiwi Lane Designs February Blog Hop. I am so excited to have you here! I just want to start out by professing my love for Kiwi Lane Templates. That's right, I love them. My name is Staci and I am a KLD Template addict. If you are visiting me today, you are either already a KLD addict, or soon will be. :) I love the ease, quickness and versatility of the templates. I love being able to lay them all out and design my own page. The templates make layout design so easy. For my layout, I pulled out my Clara Lane, 12 inch strip, and Sweetheart templates.  I grabbed some black paper and my pics to lay out my design. I used the back side of my pictures to design placement because I didn't have the Photo Set. (I have the Photo Set now and let me just say that it is wonderful. I highly recommend it.)

After it was all laid out, I grabbed a pair of scissors and Authentique's Carefree collection and got to work. Before using the templates, my 2-pagers would take forever. Laying everything out makes doing a 2-pager so much easier and faster. After getting it all designed, I was able to get it cut, inked, glued and finished within the hour. For me, that's pretty fast.

Templates Used:
  12 inch strips- 1 inch
  Clara Lane 1 a&b,2 a&b, 3 a&b
  Sweetheart 1, 3, 4, 3T, 4T

Other Supplies:
  Authentique "Carefree"
  American Crafts Thickers and Ribbon
  Doodlebug Jewels
  Colorbox Ink- Charcoal

Are you sold on the Kiwi Templates yet? Come on, you know you want some. :) For a chance to win a $25 gift code to the Kiwi Lane Shop, be sure to leave a comment on each of the 13 blog posts. One lucky winner will be chosen from the comments. If you just can't wait to get your hands on some, just head over to the shop and take a look. You won't regret it.
